1. Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 880 Bet platform. By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account on 880 Bet, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• Valid payment method details

One Account Per Person Policy

Each person, household, device, or IP address may only have one account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts and any funds held within them may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

We may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed. Required documents may include:

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on 880 Bet. These rules apply to all types of betting — Sports, Live, and Virtual.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bet outcomes are determined in accordance with the international rules of the relevant sport.
• Bets placed before a match starts are subject to pre-match rules; bets placed during a match are subject to live betting rules.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT. The maximum varies depending on the specific match and market.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change continuously. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. If a bet is confirmed after odds have changed due to network issues, the updated odds will apply.

Odds Error

If incorrect odds are published for any reason, 880 Bet reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

880 Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are outlined on the promotions page. General bonus terms are listed below:

Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonuses typically carry a 3x–10x wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Only real money bets will count toward wagering requirements.
• A minimum odds of 1.5 is required for bets to count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Validity

• Each bonus has a set validity period — typically 7–30 days.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 880 Bet platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Automated betting through bots or programming scripts.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Registering under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward platform staff.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

880 Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request.

Inactive Account Fee

Any account with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 BDT may be applied to inactive accounts. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

8. Responsible Gaming
